Humane Society Isn't Your Local Shelter

Pourquoi est-ce un message d'influence?
This ad is meant to make viewers angry at the idea that they have been duped into thinking the Humane Society supports local shelters. The poster says the Humane Society gives a small amount to local shelters but it does not say what they supposedly do with the other 99% of donations. This is also a very simplified message.
