    This piece of propaganda depicts a neutral beneficial and harmful portrayal of the 2016 election. In one case, people might be aware of how the people that voted for Hillary Clinton had higher levels of crime rate, which suggests that Hillary Clinton is somewhat illegal or unethical. On the other hand, people may view this image as annoying/irritating, and trying to convince people that Democratic voters are somehow criminals, which can show people that conservative or anti-Hillary supporters are doing whatever they can to try and stop the Democrats. This is a clear attacking opponent technique.
