Hope

This is propaganda because it shows Obama as a beacon of Hope for people of Color and also for the younger generation who supported him in his election. It represents change as well as many hoped for a change from the Bush era and wanted someone who was going to help them. It also signifies hope for those because before Obama no-one had ever been African American and been elected as the president of the United States this gives the younger generations of Non white americans "hope" they too can be president
