The person who tweeted this @JenniferSay twisted what the statement said and pushed it further to help her own agenda. This is propaganda because it taking information put out by the CDC and manipulating the words to support her own ideas. The message is that vaccinations do not do anything to stop the transmission of COVID. The technique she used was underlining part of the statement while neglecting other information. People can easily encounter this through social media.
