This was in an ad attacking Allan Fung for supposedly wanting to to appoint Kevin McCarty as the head of the House of Reps who supposedly wants to "cut social security and medicare" though the source cited does not say him specifically. It also says the Fung is against lowing prescription drug costs and was a lobbyist himself.
